Micromax Android A60 3G

Micromax has launched its new model, A60 which is a 3G phone based on Android OS, v2.1. The phone works on both GSM and 3G. For GSM it runs on frequency 900 / 1800 / 1900 Mhz and for 3G it works in HSDPA 2100 Mhz.

It's a dual SIM phone that provides full touchscreen support.The form factor is bar and it has a display size of 2.8 inches. The 3.2 Mega Pixels Camera which supports Auto Focus can take stunning images. It can produce images resolution with 2048 x 1536 Pixels.It supports digital zoom.

Though 150 MB of internal memory is enough to store many images, the total memory can be increased by the micro SD card slot and it can be increased up to 32 GB. Like other phones it too supports MMS, SMS Email etc. It comes with some pre installed social networking applications such as Facebook, GMail, Google Map, Google Search etc. It supports WAP ( Wireless Application Protocal).

The media player supports various file formats. 3.5mm Audio Jack is a good option for people as it is available to everywhere. There is a lot of connectivity options such as WI-FI, GPRS, Bluetooth,USB. For 3G it supports HSDPA ( High Speed Download Packet Access) at a rate of 7.2 MBPS and for HSUPA ( High Speed Upload Packet Access ), it is 5.76 MBPS.

It comes with a 600 MHz processor which provides lightening fast processing. So,there is no option of getting hanged. It supports Java. It supports games. It provides a good battery back up. The high end device can provide up to 4 hours of continuous talktime.
